Job summary

MANTECH in Doral, FL seeks a motivated Interoperability Support Coordinator to join our DoD-focused team on-site in a dynamic environment. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination across C2 projects and enterprise IT initiatives.

You will liaise with J63 and J65, translate complex operational feedback into clear technical specifications, and help drive milestones while maintaining strict alignment with Joint Staff interoperability standards and broader JADC2 data

Qualifications

Four (4) or more years of DoD C5IM or civilian equivalent environment experience.
Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate high-level requirements into actionable tasks.
Functional understanding of J63 vs J65 planning horizons.
Experience with waterfall project planning and IT asset management lifecycle.
Ability to translate operational feedback into precise technical specifications.

Responsibilities

Act as daily primary point of contact for J63/J65 stakeholders.
Coordinate end-to-end project planning, resource allocation, and progress reporting.
Monitor J65 roadmap developments to ensure compliance with Joint Staff interoperability standards.
Translate J6 operational feedback into technical tasks for contractor teams.
Diagnose and resolve complex architectural and operational challenges.
