Job summary

Huntington Ingalls Industries (HII) Mission Technologies division is seeking a Project Management Analyst to support project execution, administrative operations, and vendor follow-up across multiple functions. The role blends project coordination with procurement and financial duties to improve visibility and ensure timely processing.

Qualifications

Experience supporting technical projects and/or DoD programs.
Familiarity with purchase orders, vendor records, and related documentation processes.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with vendors to follow up on orders and document delivery dates.
Monitor invoices and escalate issues to procurement or finance.
Maintain audit-ready records of orders, deliveries, and communications.
Review project and budget status, track schedules, and prepare status reports.
Identify issues and implement monitoring mechanisms for productivity and client satisfaction.
Serve as liaison among vendors, project teams, and finance for ongoing projects.
