Job summary

ClearPlan Consulting is seeking experienced Program Planners to provide planning and scheduling support for DoD contracts across the U.S. Candidates should have hands-on expertise with MS Project or Open Plan and experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) in all acquisition phases.

Travel to client sites is expected about 25% of the time, and US citizenship is required; active clearance is preferred. The role offers a dynamic consulting environment with Fortune 500 clients.

Qualifications

• Experienced Program Planners with hands-on expertise in Program Planning/Scheduling.
• MS Project or Open Plan experience with DoD contracting experience.
• Experience in Program Management, Government Compliance Audits and EVMS across acquisition phases.

Responsibilities

• Lead Architecture of Program Planning & Control framework (WBS/IMS).
• Develop Resource Loaded IMS for Proposals and Post Award projects.
