Job summary

EPS Corporation is seeking a Procurement Specialist to support mission-critical acquisition and logistics operations for the U.S. Navy and DoD.

The role covers end-to-end procurement activities, including planning, solicitation, evaluation, and contract award, with a focus on compliance with FAR/DFARS and government requirements. The ideal candidate will have DoD/Navy contracting experience, knowledge of acquisition lifecycle, and familiarity with procurement systems such as SAP or Deltek

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of procurement or contracting experience with DoD/Navy preferred.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and contracting lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-award and post-award procurement functions including planning, solicitation, evaluation, and award.
• Develop SOWs and IGCEs and review procurement requests for FAR/DFARS compliance.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery, and contract terms to achieve cost-effective solutions.
• Administer contracts through closeout and monitor performance.
• Maintain procurement documentation, audit readiness, and reporting.
