The role focuses on federal acquisition and e-Business systems used across DoD procurement operations, providing functional support and expertise.

The ideal candidate will troubleshoot SAM, PIEE, WAWF, EDA, and ePS, deliver training, create user guides, and work with Tier 2/3 teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, CS, or a related field.
• Four (4) years of direct federal procurement systems support experience may substitute for a degree.
• Minimum of three (3) years supporting DoD e-Business or acquisition systems.
• Experience supporting SAM, PIEE, WAWF, EDA, and ePS.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Experience developing training materials and conducting end-user training.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for DoD acquisition and e-Business systems.
• Troubleshoot issues related to System for Award Management (SAM), Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE), Wide Area Workflow (WAWF), Electronic Data Access (EDA), and Electronic Procurement System (ePS).
• Coordinate with Tier 2 and Tier 3 support teams to resolve system issues.
• Develop and maintain training materials, user guides, and job aids.
• Deliver desk-side and virtual training to contracting personnel.
• Monitor system performance and recommend process improvements.
• Assist users with account management, system access, and technical inquiries.
• Prepare reports and communicate system updates to stakeholders.
• Support implementation of new acquisition technologies and enhancements.
