Job summary

KBR is seeking a highly motivated Full-Time Program Manager to support NAWCAD Air Systems Group programs. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage IPTs, and oversee cost, schedule, and technical performance to ensure mission success.

The role requires a DoD Secret clearance and a strong background in program management within government contracting, with experience managing large portfolios and complex schedules.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of program-related experience with at least 5 years in a DoD/aerospace/government contracting environment.
• Experience managing multi-project portfolios and cross-functional teams in a government contracting environment.
• Proven experience developing and executing program schedules, resource plans, and financial baselines using IMS/WBS.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of defense programs ensuring cost, schedule, technical performance, and quality objectives.
• Own program financial performance, integrating earned value management and corrective action planning.
• Set strategic direction and priorities for cross-functional teams across IPTs.
• Integrate program data, schedules, and financials for accurate forecasting and reporting.
• Drive process maturity and execution discipline across the product line.
