Job summary

KBR, Inc. seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead and oversee an important program in Niceville, FL. The role provides strategic direction, team leadership, and governance across the project lifecycle, coordinating with government and subcontractors to ensure successful execution.

The candidate will establish policies, monitor subcontractor performance, and facilitate program purchasing while supporting travel to meet customer and company objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 20+ years’ experience.
• Active DoD TS Clearance.
• Experience in program management and government contracts.
• Experience with IAC MAC contract vehicles.
• Willingness to travel for the program.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to the program management team.
• Establish policies, procedures, and goals for program execution.
• Evaluate subcontractor performance and drive improvements.
• Travel in support of the program, customer, and company.
• Interface with government and subcontractor personnel.
• Coordinate program purchasing to meet budget goals.
