Job summary

KBR seeks a Project/Program Manager to join our team in Albuquerque, NM, supporting the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center. An active DoD TS/SCI, SAP Eligible clearance is required.

You will assist planning, execution, and management of program cost, schedule, and performance across Nuclear Systems Integration Division’s branches, involving weapon systems and test programs, while coordinating government contracts and budgets. This role emphasizes governance, analysis, and collaborative leadership.

Qualifications

• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance; SAP Eligible.
• Bachelor’s degree required; science, engineering, or management preferred.
• 5–10 years of project management experience in DoD or related organization.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Able to work in a secure, confined location.
• Some travel to support customer mission may be required.
• Expertise in qualitative and quantitative analysis for acquisition systems or services.
• Experience with Government project governance and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist planning, execution, and management of program cost, schedule, and performance for Nuclear Systems Integration Division’s branches.
• Support AFNWC/NDS management of air-delivered gravity bomb and warhead families and test variants.
• Support Branch Chief and teams to accomplish Branch tasks and contracts development.
• Conduct market research and develop cost estimates; manage budgets and resources.
• Document strategic plans detailing policy and direction for Division programs.
