Job summary

InterImage in Arlington, TX is seeking a Mobile Wireless Technician to support secure, reliable government mobile communications. You will manage the full lifecycle of enterprise mobile devices for a large federal organization, handling thousands of wireless service requests monthly.

Responsibilities include provisioning, configuring, deploying, deprovisioning, archiving, and managing devices, using MDM platforms and ServiceNow, and ensuring security baselines are met.

Qualifications

• Three (3) or more years of experience supporting enterprise mobile communications or IT operations.
• Experience with federal government or DoD environments preferred.
• Experience with MDM platforms, Apple Business Manager, ServiceNow, and asset management systems.

Responsibilities

• Provision, configure, deploy, replace, deprovision, archive, and manage enterprise mobile devices.
• Deliver and exchange devices across locations and ensure readiness before issuance.
• Manage wireless service requests using major carrier portals and MDM tools.
• Configure accounts, activate devices, modify service plans, and provide end-user training.
• Support ~2,400 monthly mobile service transactions and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Perform data retention, archival activities, and secure data preservation.
• Perform secure sanitization and disposition procedures for devices.
• Monitor service events, document incidents, and support incident resolution.
• Track utilization trends and provide reporting for planning and optimization.
• Maintain asset accountability and update asset management systems.
• Coordinate warranty repairs with manufacturers and validate before return.
• Ensure compliance with security baselines and government standards.
