Job summary

TRG is seeking a CONTRACT Configuration Specialist to configure device settings and install applications on mobile devices including smartphones and tablets. This contract position is anticipated to last 1 to 4 months and requires strong problem-solving skills, organization, and the ability to follow written instructions.

Responsibilities include adjusting and deploying devices per customer specs, installing Windows, iOS, and Android OS/software, diagnosing and repairing devices, and logging

Qualifications

• Knowledge of installing, deleting, and creating partitions in OS.
• Ability to work with others and communicate written and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Configure, calibrate, and deploy devices per customer specs.
• Install Windows, iOS, and Android OS/software on devices.
• Diagnose, test, and repair malfunctioning devices.
• Log work in our database and maintain service requests.
• Stay organized, detail-oriented and able to work in fast-paced environments.
• Follow written instructions and communicate effectively with TRG colleagues.
• Maintain and update service management systems used for requests.
