Job summary

Diné Development Corporation (DDC) is seeking a Media Library Specialist in China Lake, CA to manage the media library and ensure accurate custody records for physical and digital assets. You will apply standard data processing procedures to resolve routine media issues and escalate non-routine problems.

The role requires handling classified information at Secret level and adhering to DoD and DOt directives, with supervisory oversight from contractor staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Preferred coursework/certification in library/media management or data processing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain custody, tracking, and organization of media assets (tapes, cassettes, microfiche, digital media).
• Perform scheduled inventory and reconcile discrepancies in counts or condition.
• Track media check-out, return, duplication requests, and transfers using logs or tracking systems.
• File and retrieve media assets per established procedures.
