Job summary

AGE Solutions is seeking an Inventory Specialist to manage asset records, track over 10,000 network assets, and support DoD logistics. The role involves monthly validations, physical inventories, and coordinating shipments from a Fort Belvoir area facility.

The position requires a High School Diploma, US citizenship, and a Secret clearance with Tier 3/NACLC/ANACI or equivalent. Onsite work with environmental and security controls is expected.

Qualifications

• Five years of relevant experience in inventory or asset management.
• Three years entering asset information into automated inventory tracking systems.
• Two years performing physical inventories.
• Citizenship or eligibility for DoD access may be required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records for network hardware, software, licenses, and supporting equipment.
• Track over 10,000 network assets and related inventory records.
• Perform monthly inventory validations and annual physical inventories.
• Coordinate receipt, storage, staging, and shipment of network equipment.
• Prepare shipping labels and customs paperwork for international shipments.
