Job summary

AGE Solutions is seeking an Inventory Specialist to manage asset accountability and logistics for a DoD network equipment program onsite near Fort Belvoir, VA. You will track 10,000+ assets, maintain records in ServiceNow, perform monthly validations, coordinate shipments, and prepare documentation for audits while ensuring compliance with government property management.

Qualifications

• Five years of relevant experience.
• Three years entering asset information into and extracting reports from automated inventory systems.
• Two years performing physical inventories.
• High School Diploma.
• US Citizenship required.
• Secret clearance with Tier 3/NACLC/ANACI investigation.
• Onsite work in the Fort Belvoir, VA area.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records for network hardware, software, licenses, and supporting equipment.
• Track more than 10,000 network assets and associated inventory records.
• Perform monthly inventory validations and annual physical inventories.
• Maintain asset information in ServiceNow IT Asset Management and related systems.
• Verify asset records, identify discrepancies, and reconcile inventory anomalies.
• Coordinate receipt, storage, staging, packaging, and shipment of network equipment.
• Support approximately 500 equipment shipments annually, including CONUS and OCONUS.
• Prepare shipping labels, packing documentation, and international customs paperwork.
• Coordinate equipment transfers, returns, replacements, and RMAs.
• Support warehouse operations and ensure equipment is stored per DoD policies.
• Generate inventory reports and supporting documentation for government audits.
• Stage devices for engineers and support remote configurations as needed.
• Manage the network warehouse space and lifecycle of devices.
