• Provide production digitization according to priorities set by the Ops Manager.
• Maintain a standard file naming convention and file structure.
• Ensure by-item traceability and tracking.
• Upload resulting digital files to the Data Lake or alternate storage as needed.
• Maintain a clean and food-free environment for digitization activities.
• Follow original media preservation best practices.
• Ensure media are stored and handled securely.
• Repair or clean items as needed.
• Evaluate and log newly received media items for integrity.
