Sedna Digital Solutions, LLC is seeking a proactive Government Property Specialist to support property management in our Manassas, VA office. You will handle Government and Sedna property, ensure DFARS/FAR compliance, and coordinate secure shipments.

Key responsibilities include audits, asset tracking, and coordinating with contractors, DCMA auditors, and government custodians to maintain accurate records and compliant procedures.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• In-depth knowledge of FAR/DFARS property requirements is a plus.
• Active DoD Secret clearance or ability to secure one.
• Experience with government property administration and audits.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively handle property management (asset tagging and tracking, documentation updates with property details, disposition of materials and supports for contract closeout).
• Manage company and contract/program property (stockroom, lab, shipping and receiving) disposition per Sedna policy.
• Process routine inventory requests by validating receipt of goods and materials against requirements.
• Coordinate and perform property audits to ensure assets are properly accounted for and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate/audit property policies to ensure compliance with forms and procedures.
• Revise/develop new procedures to enable auditable Government Property Management.
• Prepare property for shipment through commercial carriers or Government channels (pack and crate unclassified and classified property, coordinate shipment pickups, complete DD 1149 forms).
