Job summary

The role requires a high school diploma with related experience or higher, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain/maintain security clearances (Secret, Top Secret eligibility preferred). Proficiency in Adobe Pro and Microsoft Office is expected.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required due to customer-related requirements.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain security clearance (Secret) for duration of employment; Top Secret eligibility preferred.
• Education: high school diploma with related experience or higher; applicable degrees accepted.

Responsibilities

• Process and/or manage supporting documentation for a program.
• Populate and maintain tracking system reflecting review and approval of technical data.
• Review data for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain records using established processes; ensure 90%+ documents are current and accurate.
• Ensure program schedules are met for CDM tasks and provide status reports.
• Maintain Program Data in the Library and update the Library Database.
• Ensure database accuracy at 98%+.
• Coordinate Development Change Review Board (DCRB) for anomalies and software changes.
• Develop, validate, verify, produce, QA, distribute, and maintain assigned technical documents for the F/A-18 & EA-18G IPT.
• Identify and manage technical data across the lifecycle of a Software Configuration Set (SCS).
• Manage databases and coordinate DCRB disposition actions.
• Track requirements and enter test planning data into databases.
• Acquire, validate, process, track, maintain, secure and store contract/program data deliverables.
• Prepare packages for customers to be shipped via FedEx.
• Process and track classified/unclassified data requests with proper markings and program permission.
• Assist in data preparation to meet program requirements and ensure timely availability.
• Plan and coordinate work within a subject area with supervisors and SMEs to ensure accuracy.
