Job summary

Ainsley Search Group is hiring a Manufacturing Program Manager to lead DoD engineering projects for a global manufacturer in Pima County. You will coordinate with customers, internal teams, and suppliers to ensure on-time execution, define manufacturing roadmaps, and lead gates to address bottlenecks and change requests.

The role demands strong project management, excellent communication, and strict adherence to quality and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Recent years of experience as program manager, project manager within aerospace or defense industry.
• Solid experience in Project Management.
• Strong people and communication skill, strong attention to details.
• Solid experience with MS Project, MS suite, ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize and execute multiple DoD projects with available resources and teams.
• Act as POC with customers, update on project activities and changes.
• Manage budgets, cost control, and scheduling to meet deadlines.
• Ensure ITAR, EAR compliance and government contract requirements.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks and drive CAPA with teams.
