Job summary

Adecco is seeking a dynamic Program Manager to lead and manage complex DoD programs. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical acumen and proven leadership of integrated project teams to ensure alignment with customer priorities.

You will interface with government stakeholders, executive management, and industry partners, guiding budget planning, contract execution, and vendor oversight in accordance with FAR/DFARS.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing DoD contracts and programs.
• Proven budget management, contract execution, and vendor oversight.
• Strong understanding of DoD acquisition processes (FAR/DFARS).
• PMP Certification required.
• Technically savvy with the ability to understand and communicate complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional Integrated Project Teams (IPTs) across engineering, production, quality, supply chain, procurement, and development.
• Define and align project scope, milestones, and KPIs in coordination with internal stakeholders, government customers, research labs, and industry partners.
• Ensure program alignment with customer priorities and company’s integrated operations strategy.
• Represent company with the PMO, government agencies, and subcontractors.
• Lead budget planning, cost analysis, and contract management activities in accordance with DoD acquisition guidelines (FAR/DFARS).
• Manage program budgets, track expenditures, and implement cost reduction strategies.
• Oversee subcontractor performance, vendor coordination, and procurement activities.
• Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to evaluate and integrate new technologies into program solutions.
• Ensure technical deliverables meet program requirements and customer expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation across program lifecycle.
