Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) seeks an experienced supply chain professional to support the US BICES-X program, a DoD initiative with global teams and critical mission support, interfacing with DoD customers, IT, and logistics partners. Responsibilities include inventory maintenance, renewals, vendor coordination, asset tracking, and monthly leadership reporting on lifecycle status.

Requires 10+ years of related experience and a Secret with ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related work experience required.
• Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI.
• Bachelor’s degree; additional experience may substitute.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft software products.
• Ability to learn logistics database systems (ServiceNow).
• Strong knowledge of international procurement/shipping docs.
• Experience with asset management and government property.
• Ability to multi-task with varying timelines.
• Proven vendor/procurement coordination experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain warehouse inventories, storage, issue, shipping and receiving.
• Collaborate with software and leadership on renewals, updates, and tracking.
• Support spend-down materials and data updates in SharePoint.
• Provide weekly/monthly reporting and status updates to leadership.
• Manage asset records and lifecycle information, and assist with disposal actions.
• Coordinate shipments with DoW transportation methods and vendors.
• Enter and renew software/hardware purchases throughout purchasing process.
