Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) is seeking a talented IT professional to join the US BICES-X program, delivering enterprise network services to support DoD missions. You will help manage incidents, monitor systems, and provide customer-focused support to cross-functional teams.

The role requires a Secret clearance, DoD 8140 and Security+ CE readiness, and strong teamwork. Shift work includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays with opportunities for growth in ITSM and enterprise

Qualifications

• 3 years of related experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree – may substitute additional years of experience.
• Must possess and maintain a Secret Clearance.
• Must meet DoW 8140 requirements and be eligible for IAT level II access with Security+ CE and computing environment training within 2 weeks of hire.
• Must have good teamwork and customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages ServiceNow and ITSM to identify, categorize, prioritize, elevate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents.
• Monitors the integrity, security and availability of servers and systems.
• Maintains system documentation.
• Interacts with users and customers and evaluates service availability of vendor products.
• Develops and implements policies and standards for monitoring Enterprise services.
