Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Procurement Liaison with Secret clearance to support the ABMS Digital Infrastructure team within the Defense Sector. Remote work available. The role involves coordinating BOMs with government and vendors, maintaining procurement trackers, and resolving issues to keep schedules on track.

You'll engage with program managers, engineers, and government counterparts, ensuring compliant procurements for hardware and software and supporting DoD programs and JADC2 initiatives.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or a master’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement Bills of Material with Chief Engineers and government on hardware and software.
• Coordinate with procurement companies and vendors maintaining status on all purchases.
• Own and maintain the procurement tracker for reporting to DIPN IPT and stakeholders.
• Coordinate bailment/loaner materials including return dates and vendor coordination.
• Support internal teams, program, customer, and vendor meetings as required.
• Resolve procurement issues such as delivery delays, quality discrepancies, or invoice/payments.
