Jobtailor is seeking a program leadership professional to drive the Joint Training Synthetic Environment R&D program. You will ensure timely, high-quality delivery of task orders, establish milestones, and coordinate with government customers and subcontractors to keep the program on schedule.

Qualifications

8+ years progressive program management experience with a related field degree or 12 years with HS diploma.
Experience with DoD customers, projects, and processes is highly preferred.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; executive-level written communication.

Responsibilities

Lead the Joint Training Synthetic Environment R&D program and ensure timely deliverables.
Establish milestones, monitor schedules, and manage resource allocation.
Develop program reviews with government customers covering cost, schedule, and performance.
Coordinate subcontract efforts and maintain government customer relationships.
Monitor cost/schedule metrics and report status to stakeholders.
Serve as government customer point of contact and update on program status.
Ensure staffing of a skilled workforce and adherence to security requirements.
Perform additional assigned duties as needed.
