Job summary

OMG Federal is seeking a Quality Control Manager to support enterprise IT operations at a U.S. DoD site in Utah. You will develop and maintain a Quality Control Plan aligned with the QASP, monitor performance against contract requirements, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.

The role requires an active Secret clearance and extensive DoD background, including audits, RMF/STIG compliance, and ITIL/Lean Six Sigma practices to ensure high-quality outcomes and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance
• 8+ years of federal experience supporting DoD or military environments
• Experience developing and managing QASP/QCP frameworks
• Strong understanding of DoD IT operations and service delivery environments
• Experience with Windows/Microsoft enterprise environments

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Control Plan (QCP) in alignment with the government's Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP)
• Monitor and evaluate program performance against contract requirements and service level agreements
• Ensure compliance with DoD standards, including RMF, STIGs, and cybersecurity policies
• Conduct audits, inspections, and performance reviews across IT operations and service delivery
• Identify risks, deficiencies, and areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions
• Coordinate with program leadership, technical teams, and government stakeholders on quality-related initiatives
• Track and report quality metrics, trends, and performance outcomes
• Support continuous process improvement initiatives using ITIL and Lean Six Sigma methodologies
• Ensure documentation, reporting, and deliverables meet contractual and regulatory requirements
