Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Eight+ (8+) years of federal experience supporting military or DoD environments.
• Current DoD 8570/8140 Baseline Certification.
• Current Computing Environment (CE) Certification aligned to the position.
• Experience in Army or DoD Enterprise IT Operations.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day program operations across DoD enterprise IT environments.
• Serve as alternate to the Program Manager, assuming leadership responsibilities as needed.
• Assist in managing program schedules, risks, performance metrics, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with government stakeholders, technical teams, and mission partners.
• Ensure compliance with RMF, STIGs, and DoD cybersecurity requirements.
• Support delivery of services aligned with Army and ATEC mission needs.
• Assist in oversight of enterprise IT systems, including Windows-based environments.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of service delivery and operational processes.
• Support workforce compliance with DoD 8570/8140 requirements.
• Help oversee tools and platforms such as ServiceNow, VMware, Active Directory, and cybersecurity systems.
