Job summary

Otoe Missouria Group (OMG) Federal is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead enterprise IT operations at a site in Utah for DoD environments. The role requires an active Secret clearance and extensive Army/DoD IT experience to ensure secure, compliant, and high-performing systems.

You will manage cross-functional teams, enforce RMF/STIG compliance, and drive service delivery, cybersecurity, and infrastructure improvements across Windows environments and related platforms.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance is required.
• 10+ years of federal experience in DoD/Army environments.
• Current DoD 8570/8140 Baseline Certification.
• Current Computing Environment (CE) Certification.
• Experience leading enterprise IT operations for Army/DoD.
• RMF and STIG compliance experience.
• Strong Windows/Microsoft enterprise experience.
• Experience leading cybersecurity/compliance efforts in DoD.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day program operations for DoD enterprise IT environments.
• Oversee delivery of services aligned with Army/ATEC requirements.
• Ensure DoD cybersecurity policies and RMF/STIG compliance.
• Manage resources, schedules, risks, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with government stakeholders and mission partners.
• Oversee deployment and sustainment of Windows-based IT systems.
• Drive improvements in service delivery and security posture.
• Ensure DoD 8570/8140 workforce requirements are met.
• Lead tools/platforms like ServiceNow, VMware, AD, and cybersecurity systems.
