Job summary

Blue Sky Innovative Solutions is seeking a qualified IT program coordinator to support a major DoD enterprise cloud program. You will coordinate meetings, track tasks, and produce polished documentation for the program office.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with 6+ years of IT project coordination and admin support experience.
• Active Secret clearance (T3; interim acceptable at start).
• Meets DoD 8140 requirements for Work Roles 806 or 803.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meeting/VTC logistics: minutes, invitations, agendas, attendee tracking, and A/V support.
• Draft correspondence, briefing materials, informational packages, and presentations.
• Track incoming tasks and program office assignment status against leadership priorities.
• Synchronize calendars, special events, meetings, and working groups.
• Perform technical writing, editing, proofreading, and documentation review.
