Job summary

TrustedQA, Inc. seeks a Project Coordinator/Junior Project Manager to support a DoD contract based in Alexandria and Arlington, VA. You will join a small team handling multiple projects, requiring excellent organization and strong verbal and written communication.

Hybrid model with onsite 2-3 days/week at Mark Center or Pentagon; salary range $77,000–$102,500. TS clearance and IT experience are highly desirable for this role.

Qualifications

• Top Secret clearance required or above.
• Minimum of 3 years IT support experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Desire and willingness to learn and succeed in project management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently with minimal supervision.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with standard project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate across functional teams to ensure project delivery per customer specifications and quality expectations.
• Update weekly/monthly status reports for management review and assist with SLA performance.
• Prepare and track major PM deliverables and project management artifacts.
• Onboard and off-board resources and manage team coordination.
• Track quotes, purchases, and assist PM in follow-up and reporting.
• Maintain project schedules and provide updates to the Project Schedule.
• Support risk coordination and mitigation with project stakeholders.
• Coordinate meetings and gather requirements through site surveys and assessments.
