The ideal candidate has 12+ years in design/development, 5+ years in DoD project leadership, Systems Analysis experience, and Security+ certification. Travel up to 10% is required.

Qualifications

• Active security clearance (US Secret) required.
• US citizenship required.
• DoD 8140/802‑IT PM Intermediate compliance via certifications or education.
• Security+ certification required.
• Minimum 12 years design & development experience.
• 5+ years leadership in DoD hardware/software projects.
• 5+ years systems analysis experience.
• Willing to travel up to 10%.

Responsabilités

• Provide functions to support IT project management activities at unit level, overseeing all aspects of the project.
• Lead a team on large projects or a significant segment of large and complex projects.
• Collaborate effectively with support personnel and communicate clearly with government leadership.
• Demonstrate exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Maintain strong documentation and technical writing abilities.
• Utilize computer-based project management tools to monitor progress.
