Job summary

CompTech is seeking a Computer Operator to join our team supporting the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) in Norfolk, VA. This role offers hands-on exposure to enterprise computer systems, hardware, software, and operating systems within a structured DoD environment.

Ideal for early-career IT professionals with 1+ year of Help Desk or Deskside Support experience, ready to advance in federal IT/Cyber Security. Local travel to locations on Base is required.

Qualifications

• One year of Help Desk or Deskside Support experience (Service Now experience a plus).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tickets and prioritize workload.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction at all levels.
• Build collaborative relationships within a team.
• Manage and prioritize a diverse workload of service tickets.
• Transition between daily operations and projects smoothly.
