Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in performing technical operation and testing of integrated computer-based systems.
• Prioritize and manage a workload of tickets efficiently.

• Transition between daily operations and project actions as needed.
• Follow guidance and SOPs provided by contract and government leadership.
• Operate a variety of hardware, software, and mass storage components.
