Job summary

Link Solutions, Inc. is seeking a PC Support Technician to join our Fort Leavenworth, KS team. The role involves desktop and technical support for military, civilian, and contractor personnel, including hardware/software installation, imaging, and asset management.

U.S. Citizen with an active DoW Secret Clearance and IAT Level II certification are required. Non-remote, relocation incentive available, and opportunity to support DoD cybersecurity requirements.

Qualifications

• Two (2+) years of experience in PC support or related IT role.
• Experience installing, configuring, troubleshooting PC hardware/software.
• Knowledge of Windows workstation administration and support.

Responsibilities

• Provide help desk and desktop support, diagnose issues, and implement resolutions.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, maintain and relocate desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Perform imaging, software installs, upgrades, patches, and OS configuration.
