SHR Consulting Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead daily operations across the DISA J-9 HAC portfolio. This Key Personnel role serves as the operational center of gravity for the program, owning incident response, escalation management, monitoring, and initiative execution across infrastructure, storage, applications, and organizational messaging.

Qualifications

• Extensive daily operations experience on large IT programs.
• Experience implementing DoD IT policies and processes.
• Experience managing client SLAs and performance metrics.
• Ability to brief Government leadership clearly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across J-9 HAC portfolio.
• Own incident management, root-cause analysis, and restoration.
• Direct 24x7x365 monitoring and escalation procedures.
• Coordinate with On-Site Program Manager and Government leadership.
• Lead operational initiatives and track milestones in the IMS.
• Develop and implement DoD IT policies and SOPs.
• Monitor SLA/Q, ensure 95% staffing and clearances.
• Ensure changes follow enterprise change management framework.
• Provide status updates during outages and investigations.
• Support monthly reviews with operational metrics.
