Integral Consulting Services, Inc. seeks an Operations Manager to support DISA mission systems and a portfolio of business systems across personnel, financial, and contract management domains.

The role emphasizes server design, performance tuning, patching, security enforcement, and audits within DoD environments. You will ensure robust network operations, coordinate with stakeholders, and oversee production and development server maintenance, backups, and disaster recovery planning in a secure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT field with experience or higher, STIG compliance experience.
• ASIs experience and IT security posture maintenance required.
• IAT II baseline certs and active clearance are expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide system design and analysis for server environments.
• Monitor performance, optimize system responsiveness and disk space.
• Apply patches and ensure security controls and STIG compliance.
• Coordinate weekly audit reports and resolve incidents with stakeholders.
• Support backups, disaster recovery, and data recovery as needed.
