Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily IT operations for enterprise and mission-critical systems.
• Oversee system administration, network operations, service desk, and operational support functions.
• Ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity requirements and workforce standards.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, performance metrics, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with Government customers, program management, engineering, and subcontractors.
