Job summary

DAn Solutions, Inc seeks an Infrastructure Services Lead to coordinate real-time incident response across DoD IT ops. This role drives Tier 2/3 resolution, collaborates with network, cyber, and service desk teams, and ensures rapid service restoration.

You will use ServiceNow for incident management and Splunk for monitoring, supporting 24x7x365 operations and crisis action teams as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT/Engineering.
• Security+ CE certification and TS/SCI with CI polygraph required.
• 6+ years IT operations, 3+ years in enterprise infrastructure support.
• Hands-on ServiceNow for ITSM, incident tracking, change management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as operational focal point for real-time incident response.
• Coordinate with networks, cyber, deskside, service desk leads and BC for rapid restoration.
• Maintain 99.9% system availability with 24x7x365 coverage.
