Qualifications

• Active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance is a minimum requirement.
• Minimum of three years of hands-on experience administering, maintaining, or supporting enterprise systems.
• Experience troubleshooting and sustaining DoD/government enterprise systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain assigned enterprise systems.
• Perform system configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Monitor system health, performance, and availability.
• Resolve technical issues and support end users as required.
• Ensure compliance with Government security policies and procedures.
• Maintain technical documentation and system configuration records.
• Support system testing, implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
