Job summary

Amentum seeks an Instructional Design Specialist to support the HTASC program at Fort Huachuca, AZ. This full-time onsite role focuses on instructional design and training development for 10–15 courses using the ADDIE framework.

You will design CBT/IMI content, revise courses, and ensure LMS delivery while aligning with DoD standards. A TS/SCI clearance is required to contribute to national-security training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Curriculum Development.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in Curriculum Development with two (2) years’ experience in a DoD/military environment utilizing the ADDIE process
• Learning courses/content on a Learning Management System (LMS).
• At least 24 Credit hours in adult education.

Responsibilities

• Support HT-JCOE CBT/IMI lesson plan development efforts.
• Support the redesign/revision of HT-JCOE courses.
• Identify gaps in learning, implementing instructional design strategy opportunities, and production of course content.
• Support all phases of the ADDIE model.
