Job summary

Linchpin Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Instructional Systems Designer to support the Joint Tactical Operations Interface Training Program at Fort Bragg, NC.

The ISD will plan, develop, and manage training efforts across JTO systems to ensure effective operation by military personnel. The role requires expertise in curriculum development, ADDIE, Moodle/LMS operations, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 5 years relevant experience
• Experience with the ADDIE process
• Experience with Moodle and LMS Operations

Responsibilities

• Develop curriculum and provide instruction for JTO training programs.
• Design and develop IMI Level 2 and 3 content using Articulate Storyline, SCORM compliant.
• Integrate and operate courses within Moodle or LMS environments.
• Coordinate and manage schedules, hands-on field training, and student briefs.
• Prepare and maintain course materials, handouts, and administrative documents.
• Support joint and allied training programs and briefings.
