Job summary

Montcure, LLC is a provider of financial management and program support services to federal clients. The Program Analyst will manage intake, triage, and closure in the suspense register, maintain the delivery schedule, and coordinate inquiries for DoD health program support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of federal program or management analyst support.
• Experience operating a deliverable, tasker, or suspense tracking system.
• Experience screening correspondence for completeness, clarity, and compliance with writing standards.
• Experience producing recurring status and management reports.
• Strong organizational discipline and follow-up on open actions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Run the deliverable control function for the program: intake, triage, and closure in the suspense register.
• Maintain the delivery schedule.
• Screen correspondence against Department writing standards.
• Coordinate inquiry responses.
• Prepare read-ahead materials for external meetings.
• Produce staffing status and weekly actions reporting.
