Job summary

Montcure, LLC is seeking a Data Analyst Manager to build and run the recurring report pipeline—monthly performance, quarterly quality assurance and caregiver compensation, and annual and survey outcome reporting—and to maintain the written procedure behind each product.

You'll own cohort extraction and validation, maintain the caregiver compensation database, and serve as the independent check on other analysts' output.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of data analysis experience and ownership of recurring analytic reports from extract through delivery.
• Proficiency in SQL, advanced Excel, and at least one visualization tool (Power BI or similar).
• Experience documenting data lineage and maintaining written reporting procedures.
• Experience performing quality control and re-performance on another analyst's work.
• Experience extracting and validating population or cohort lists from a system of record.

Montcure, LLC is an SBA-certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business delivering financial management, audit readiness, internal controls, data analytics, and program support to federal clients across the Department of Defense and civilian agencies. This role supports a Department of Defense health program serving wounded, ill, and injured service members and their caregivers.

About the Role

We're seeking a Data Analyst Manager to build and run the recurring report pipeline — monthly performance, quarterly quality assurance and caregiver compensation, and annual and survey outcome reporting — and to maintain the written procedure behind each product. You'll own cohort extraction and validation, maintain the caregiver compensation database, and serve as the independent check on other analysts' output.

What You'll Do

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of data analysis experience
• Demonstrated ownership of recurring analytic reports from extract through delivery
• SQL; advanced Excel; Power BI or comparable visualization tooling
• Experience documenting data lineage and maintaining written reporting procedures
• Experience performing quality control and re-performance on another analyst's work
• Experience extracting and validating population or cohort lists from a system of record

Preferred Qualifications

• Recognized data analytics certification
• Experience working with survey data and response analysis
• Experience maintaining a program database of record
• Experience producing statistical charts including box, violin, and control charts
• Familiarity with military health or personnel data

Status: Contingency – This work is contingent upon award.

Salary: $100,000 - 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
