Job summary

Raytheon Technologies Corporation, through the ROTHR Asset Management group, seeks a Government Property Supervisor in Chesapeake, VA, to support the Government Property Manager from acquisition to disposition. You will ensure FAR 52.245-1 compliance, coach staff, and participate in audits and budgeting to meet contractual requirements.

Responsibilities include establishing objectives, analyzing metrics, and coordinating asset tracking as property custodians across DoD sites, with onsite

Qualifications

• Requires a university degree or equivalent plus at least 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Must have knowledge of FAR 52.245-1 Government Property standards and DoD access requirements.
• Experience with audits, government contracts, and property management reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support Government Property Manager through full lifecycle of ROTHR property management.
• Lead or support audits (DCMA, customer) and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop plans, metrics and reports using Visual Management methods for process improvements.
• Supervise site staff, provide training, and conduct evaluations.
