Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corp. Defense Systems is seeking a Director of Property (D1) to lead government and customer property across our sector. The role provides strategic leadership, manages a team of property professionals, and ensures operations comply with FAR/DFARS and related contracting requirements.

This position requires 10+ years of Government Property experience (or 8+ with a Master’s), strong leadership and audit experience, and the ability to travel 50%. It reports to the Sr.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years in Government Property management.
• Master’s degree with 8+ years in Government Property management.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and government contracting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of property professionals across government/customer and company property.
• Set and implement the strategic direction for Government Property organization.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and regulatory requirements.
• Interface with customers, auditors, and senior management on property matters.
