RTX is seeking a ROTHR Property Supervisor to support the Government Property lifecycle from acquisition through disposition. You will ensure compliance with FAR 52.245‑1, coach site staff, and assist audits for DoD property in a multi-radar environment.

Qualifications

• The candidate typically has a university degree or equivalent experience with several years in property management.
• Proficiency in FAR 52.245-1 Government Property standards is required.
• Experience leading teams and managing audits and reviews is expected.

Responsibilities

• Support Government Property Manager across acquisition through disposition lifecycle.
• Assist with audits and ensuring compliance with property management standards.
• Coach and supervise site staff, plan resources and schedules.
• Develop metrics, conduct reporting and drive process improvements.
