Qualifications

• Experience planning, scheduling, budgeting, tracking, and execution of complex programs.
• Experience managing program lifecycle and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the administrative aspects of a technical program/project.
• Negotiate program goals with management, customers and stakeholders.
• Plan program activities and assemble a project team.
• Create a program schedule and budget and track progress.
• Authorize expenditures to meet program goals.
• Communicate status and plans to customers and stakeholders.
• Coordinate resources with other program managers.
• Manage subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Lead a proposal team for US Government proposals.
