Job summary

DCS Corp in Sterling Heights, MI seeks a Project Manager with direct DoD, government, and federal experience to lead complex defense programs from concept through deployment.

You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, manage schedules, budgets, and performance, and provide timely technical guidance to leadership and customers, ensuring requirements traceability and compliance throughout the program lifecycle.

Qualifications

• US citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain security clearance.
• Master's Degree in a specialized field with 6+ years of experience, or Bachelor's with 8+ years, or Associate with 10 years, or HS diploma with 16 years in any field and 9 years specialized experience.
• Experience managing multiple engineering change proposals and procurement directives related to DoD systems.
• Experience providing leadership with regular high-level and detailed reports on cost, schedule and performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead DoD program projects from concept through final implementation.
• Provide recommendations and technical advice compliant with DoD 5000 and FAR.
• Serve as single point of contact for projects and interface with customers.
• Define project scope and develop detailed work plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
• Conduct project meetings and manage tracking to ensure timely, cohesive execution.
• Analyze information and present recommendations to leadership.
