Program Manager will interface with customers and lead cross-functional teams across engineering, software, supply chain, contracts, and finance to keep programs on track. This role requires hands-on leadership, the ability to bring structure to complex work, and readiness to travel domestically up to 15–20%.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in program management, project management, or defense operations.
• Experience managing DoD contracts in FAR/DFARS environments.
• Experience with SOW/PWS, CLINs, CDRLs, deliverables, milestones, and funding.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate with senior leadership.
• Willingness to travel 15–20%.

Responsibilities

• Own program performance including cost, schedule, contract commitments, customer satisfaction, and delivery results.
• Lead the regular operating rhythm for programs including team meetings, program reviews, risk reviews, action tracking, and leadership updates.
• Serve as the primary customer point of contact for assigned programs.
• Coordinate across engineering, software, supply chain, contracts, finance, quality, security, and logistics support.
• Prepare and present program status, financial performance, risks, staffing needs, and corrective actions to leadership.
• Support proposal and capture activities, including technical volumes and risk inputs.
