Job summary

GVI Inc., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, seeks a Financial Project Manager in Charleston, SC to lead DoD BI, analytics, and program management initiatives supporting NIWC Atlantic. You will manage multi-disciplined teams, budget analyses, and performance reporting to strengthen decision-making and operational readiness.

Required are a BS in Financial Management, DAWIA BUS-FM Level 3 or CDFM certification, and at least 10 years in C4ISR financial management.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Financial Management, Business Management related Curriculum.
• DAWIA Level 3 Business-Financial Management (BUS-FM) Certification or Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM).

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of complex DoD Business Intelligence and analytics programs supporting NIWC Atlantic.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams delivering business, financial, and programmatic support services.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, risk management, staffing, and contract performance.
• Direct business analytics initiatives supporting predictive and prescriptive decision-making.
• Support acquisition planning, budgeting, funds execution, and program lifecycle management.
• Monitor program performance using established metrics and provide executive-level reporting.
