GVI Inc., a DoD C4ISR and business intelligence leader, seeks an experienced C4ISR Project Manager to lead BI, analytics, and lifecycle programs for NIWC Atlantic in Charleston, VA, delivering mission-critical decision support.

The role requires a BS in Business Management or ABET‑accredited engineering, 10 years of DoD C4ISR program delivery, PMP or equivalent, and proven leadership across multidisciplinary teams, budgets, and schedules.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Business Management or ABET accredited engineering.
• Ten years of direct DoD C4ISR program delivery experience.
• Eight years in design/development, production, installation, and test & evaluation of C4ISR projects.
• Four years as manager of C4ISR products with team leadership and proposal experience.
• Knowledge of FAR and DoD procurement policies and procedures.
• PMI PMP certification or current Defense Acquisition Workforce.
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex DoD BI and analytics programs supporting NIWC Atlantic.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams delivering business, financial, and programmatic support services.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, risk management, staffing, and contract performance.
• Direct business analytics initiatives supporting predictive and prescriptive decision-making.
• Support acquisition planning, budgeting, funds execution, and program lifecycle management.
• Ensure compliance with FAR and DoD policies and Procurement Integrity Act.
