Qualifications

• BS degree in Financial Management or related field.
• DAWIA Level 3 Business-Financial Management (BUS-FM) Certification or Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM).
• Ten (10) years of direct work experience of C4ISR Financial Management.
• Eight (8) years of direct work experience, to include: design/development, production, installation, and test & evaluation of Financial Management systems.
• Four (4) years as manager of business financial management, to include: supervising project personnel, scheduling work, and proposals/bids.
• Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD procurement policies and procedures.

• Manage multidisciplinary teams delivering business, financial, and programmatic support services.

We are seeking an experienced Financial Project Manager to lead high-impact initiatives that strengthen decision-making, financial management, and operational readiness across the Department of the Navy. About the Program

Our team supports Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic, the Navy's premier organization for delivering secure and innovative Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Combat Systems, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) capabilities. As part of this mission, the Financials Project Manager will oversee efforts supporting the Business Intelligence Environment (BIE), a mission-critical enterprise platform that integrates business analytics, financial planning, and program management data to provide predictive and prescriptive decision support across NIWC Atlantic.

The successful candidate will lead teams responsible for:

• Advanced business and financial analytics
• Enterprise reporting and dashboard development
• Financial reviews and budget analysis
• Metrics development and performance assessments
• Program planning and execution

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

Education:

· BS degree in Financial Management, Business Management related Curriculum.

· DAWIA Level 3 Business-Financial Management (BUS-FM) Certification or Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM).

Experience:

· Ten (10) years of direct work experience of C4ISR Financial Management.

· Eight (8) years of direct work experience, to include: design/development, production, installation, and test & evaluation of Financial Management systems.

· Four (4) years as manager of business financial management, to include:

o Supervising project personnel and/or team, scheduling work

o Writing proposals and/or preparing bids, and experience ordering and/or transporting equipment and material.

o Must have knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD procurement policies and procedures

o Excellent written and oral communications abilities

Experience may be achieved simultaneously

Specific experience:

· Ten (10) years of extensive DoD and/or DoN BUS-FM direct work experience, to include:

o Application of complex BUS-FM concepts and techniques, as well as strategic knowledge of financial processes.

o Expert demonstrated leadership skills in interpreting BUS-FM policies and regulations serving as a leader of teams, supporting customers with interpreting analysis for problem solving or decision support and providing recommendations at a strategic level for BUS-FM products and processes.
