Job summary

GVI Inc., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, seeks a seasoned Business Systems Project Manager in Charleston, VA to lead DoD BI and analytics programs for NIWC Atlantic. You will guide cross‑functional teams and manage complex DoD acquisitions to strengthen decision‑making, financial management, and program performance.

The role requires a BS in Business/Statistics/Mathematics/MIS, 10+ years of C4ISR experience, and strong leadership in data integration and enterprise analytics. U.S.

Qualifications

• Ten (10) years of direct work experience with C4ISR Business Systems.
• Eight (8) years of direct work experience in design/development, production, installation, and test & evaluation of Business Systems.
• Four (4) years as manager of a DoD C4ISR Acquisitions Program, including supervising personnel, writing proposals, and bids.
• Ten (10) years’ experience in complex data integration projects and successful Business Systems implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of complex DoD BI and analytics programs supporting NIWC Atlantic.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams delivering business, financial, and programmatic support services.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, risk management, staffing, and contract performance.
• Direct business analytics initiatives supporting predictive and prescriptive decision-making.
• Support acquisition planning, budgeting, funds execution, and program lifecycle management.
